It was the concluding day of 3 days online Certified Trainer’s Program on “POSH: Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013” POSH Known as the Prevention of sexual harassment Act, which places a duty on the employer to organize workshops and awareness programs at regular intervals to sensitize the employees with the provisions of the Act held from 22nd to 24TH Dec 2021.
Program Coordinator Ms. Hemlata told that the Last day morning session was taken by Mr. Rahul Bose on Visualization Step Audience Window of benefits use of images and PPT deck Tips and Technique. The Second session was taken by Mr. Ajay Aggarwal on The Need Step : How to create the need to learn in your audience. The above session was followed by the valedictory program .
Dr. Avinash Chandra Joshi Director ISTD in his address welcomed the Chief Guest Dr. Manish Kamdar, Registrar Fortune Institutes of International business, Guest of Honour Prof. N Sambasiva Rao, RVP South, ISTD, Ms. Rashmi Bhargava, Chairperson B-PAC and all other participants of various organizations. This was followed by participants feedback session co-ordinated by Dr. Joshi. The feedback was overwhelming and excellent and participants showed keen interest in the series of such programs to be conducted by ISTD.
